Tom Carpenter

Tom Carpenter has over two decades of experience in leadership roles within the operations and sales sectors. Currently, Tom serves as the Senior Vice President at Cambio Communities since September 2020. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Sun Communities from July 2003 to April 2020, including Divisional Vice President of Operations and Sales, and Regional Vice President of Operations and Sales. Earlier in their career, Tom was the Inventory Control Manager at Green Tree Servicing from September 1999 to July 2003.
