Fredrik Petersson has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2007, they started as a Technical Support Specialist at ALcontrol Laboratories, where they provided technical support and developed internal applications and systems. From 2009 to 2011, Fredrik worked as a System Administrator at Östgötatrafiken, managing internal and external systems and collaborating on IT improvement projects. Fredrik then joined EVRY Sweden, working as a System Engineer from 2011 to 2015, focusing on administering and developing customer environments in the Hybrid Cloud. In 2015, Fredrik became an ICT Architect at Ericsson's R&D Hub, assisting in operational work and creating service catalogs and related processes. From 2015 to 2016, they continued as an ICT Architect at ELITS, providing IT-related architectural work and organizational development projects for Elits and its customers. Fredrik then joined IFS as a Lead Systems Engineer from 2016 to 2018, ensuring optimal performance and automation of IFS products on cloud platforms and on-premise. In 2018, they joined XMReality AB as a System Architect, responsible for maintaining the leading position of XMReality's products in Mixed Reality and Remote Guidance using AWS and CI/CD practices. Fredrik later worked as a System Administrator at Vricon from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are a Senior Service Operations Architect at Cambio Healthcare Systems, starting in December 2020. Additionally, since 2014, Fredrik has been a Member of the Management Team at Mölk Utbildning AB, overseeing the quality and curriculum of software development education programs.

Fredrik Petersson began their education journey by attending Platenskolan Motala from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Gymnasie Ingenjör degree with a focus on Tekniskt Gymnasie. In 2005, they further pursued their education at Linköping University, completing a degree in Human Resource Management over the course of two years, from 2005 to 2007. Most recently, in 2020 and 2021, Fredrik attended OSYH and focused on a degree named "Internet of Things med Python och C++," specializing in Computer Programming.
