Alyson Deutsch

Alyson Deutsch has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alyson'smost recent role is as a Member at Chief, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Ed-tech Leadership Collective starting in 2023. From 2020 to the present, Alyson held the position of Vice President, Curriculum & Assessment at Lexia Learning/VSL, where they led instructional design teams focused on creating educational content and classroom resources for educators. Before joining Lexia Learning, Alyson worked at Rosetta Stone in various roles, including Vice President, Literacy Curriculum & Assessment and Senior Director of Curriculum & Implementation at Lexia K12 Education Division. Alyson also served as a Senior Director in Product Strategy and Educational Product Design at Lexia K12 Education Division. Alyson's career began at Lexia Learning in 2006, where they held roles such as Director of Educational Content and Product Design, Associate Director of Educational Research and Design, and Research Associate. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Associate at Sesame Workshop.

Alyson Deutsch has a Master's degree (MA) in Developmental Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Alyson also holds a Bachelor's degree (BA) in Communication/Psychology from Villanova University. Additionally, they obtained certification in "Fostering Inclusion and Diversity" from the Yale School of Management in 2020.
