Ghislain Bélec

Ghislain Bélec has extensive experience in quality management and process improvement. Ghislain started their career at MAJOR® FLEX-MAT® in 1998, where they held various roles, including Process Engineer & Quality Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Acting Director of Quality Assurance and Technical Support. During their time at MAJOR® FLEX-MAT®, they implemented quality assurance programs, managed inspection teams, and conducted research on new technologies. In 2023, they joined CAMBLI as the Director of Quality, responsible for ensuring project alignment with strategic objectives and overseeing quality assurance processes. Throughout their career, Ghislain has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in quality control and process optimization.

Ghislain Bélec attended É.N.A. École Nationale d’Aérotechnique from 1990-1994, where they earned a Technician degree in Aircraft Construction. Ghislain then pursued a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng.) at ÉTS, École de Technologie Supérieure from 1994-1998.
