June M. Carter is the Founder, CEO, and Principal of Tango Leadership, LLC, established in August 2021, which specializes in executive, leadership, diversity, equity, inclusion, transition, and change management coaching and consulting. In addition to this role, June M. Carter serves as a Senior Associate at Cambria Consulting, contributing to a global network of executive coaches and facilitators since January 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Wells Fargo from 2008 to July 2021, where June M. Carter held several key positions, including Executive Coach/Senior Organization Effectiveness & Development Consultant and Senior Strategy Consultant, managing company-wide executive coaching programs and developing diversity and inclusion strategies for extensive employee groups. June M. Carter’s educational background includes a Co-Active Leadership degree from the Co-Active Training Institute and studies at Clark University.
