Margaret Chen

Margaret is the Global Head of the Endowment & Foundation Practice and Head of CA Capital Management, Cambridge Associates’ dedicated outsourced investment office (OCIO) business. Margaret has been at the firm since 1997, working alongside a number of endowments, foundations, and private clients on investment strategy, asset allocation, and manager selection. Margaret also serves as a Board member of the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra and the Yale Scholarship Trust.

Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Margaret was a senior consultant with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, a general management-consulting firm. Margaret received a Masters in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a BA from Yale University. She is conversational in Taiwanese.
