Niall Koefoed

Niall Koefoed, P.E., is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Cambridge CM, Inc. since June 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing major capital construction projects for UCSF Health, particularly the New Hospital at Parnassus Heights. Previous roles include Project Manager for the Precision Cancer Medicine Building, a $275 million outpatient facility, and Assistant Project Manager for post-occupancy work at the Mission Bay Hospitals Project. Previously, Niall Koefoed held positions at Kiewit as a Field Engineer 2 on a $700 million highway expansion and served as Project Engineer for Pacific Empire Builders on a boutique hotel renovation. Niall Koefoed began a career in construction as a Carpenter Apprentice with Koefoed Construction Company.
