Josh Bruce

Josh Bruce is an accomplished engineering and operations leader with extensive experience in the elevator industry, currently serving as Director and Vice President of Operations & Engineering at Cambridge Elevating Inc. since June 2014. In this role, Josh has successfully driven organic growth, implemented innovative remote monitoring solutions, and fostered a supportive work culture that prioritizes employee satisfaction and retention. Previous positions include Manager of Operations & Engineering and Engineering Manager at the same company, as well as Mechanical Design Engineer at NCR Corporation, where Josh contributed to advanced media handling developments and mentorship programs. Additionally, teaching experience as a Professor at Conestoga College highlights a commitment to workforce development.
