Arnim Schon has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Arnim started their career in 1999 as a Technical Sales Engineer at Atlas Copco. From there, they worked as a Depot Manager at Aggreko before moving back to Atlas Copco as an Area Sales Manager.
In 2006, Arnim joined The Manitowoc Company as a Regional Sales Manager for Crawler Cranes. Later, they became the Sales Director for English Speaking Territories in Africa. Arnim held these positions until 2015.
Following that, Arnim joined Aggreko again, this time as the Head of Sales for Southern Africa. Arnim led and managed a sales team, taking complete accountability for sales actions and transactions.
In 2017, Arnim joined juwi Renewable Energies (Pty) Ltd as the Sales Manager for Sub Saharan Africa. Arnim played a key role in leading the sales process for the hybrid power business unit, focusing on lead generation, proposal delivery, and project management.
Then, Arnim moved on to Vivo Energy as the Head of Power in 2019. Here, they were responsible for transforming the fuel sales business into an energy sales business, with a focus on renewable energy and sustainable solutions. Arnim particularly concentrated on providing fuel savings and CO2 reductions to mining customers through hybridizing power plants.
In 2020, Arnim became a Hybrid Energy Consultant at HIMOINSA Hybrid Energy Solutions, before their most recent position as the Head of Sales - Global at Cambridge Energy, starting in 2022. In this role, they are excited to work with an innovative company in the solar industry.

Arnim Schon obtained a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Russel Road Technical College in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, from 1991 to 1993. In addition, they received a Tool and Die Maker certification from the Department of Manpower South Africa in April 1994. Arnim further pursued their education and obtained a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Technical College South Africa in January 1994. Finally, in January 1995, Arnim Schon achieved a Business Management Diploma from Newport University.
