Scott Meintjes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Scott began their career as a Career Counsellor at Sport for All in 2002. Scott then worked as an Employee Relations Manager at Enforce Security Services for two years before joining the HM Forces (ARMY) Corps of Royal Engineers as a Royal Engineer in 2006. After leaving the military in 2010, Scott worked as a Recruitment Consultant at MJH Personnel Associates Ltd for three years. In 2014, they joined Cambridge Assessment as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, where they developed resourcing strategies and enhanced the employer brand. Scott then moved to Cambridge Intelligence in 2017, where they initially served as a Talent Manager, responsible for attracting full-stack JavaScript Developers. Scott later transitioned to the role of Software Development Manager, overseeing the development of data visualization software using NodeJS, Neo4j, React, Redux, and Webpack.
Scott Meintjes earned a Bachelor's Degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, studying from 1999 to 2002. Scott further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's Degree in Organisational Psychology, completing their studies in 2003.
