Sue Baker

Sue Baker is an accomplished management consultant and executive coach with extensive experience in Organisation and Leadership Development. As the Director of Sue Baker Consulting Ltd since 1997, Sue has collaborated with diverse clients globally, aiming to foster personal and leadership growth to enhance organizational performance. In addition to this role, Sue serves as a Wondrous Network Associate, contributing expertise in executive coaching and consultancy, and as an Executive Coach for Cambridge Management Consulting. Previously, Sue held positions such as Partner at Baxter Neumann and Founding Director of Co Company, focusing on behavioral change. Sue's foundational career included the role of OD Director at Vertex Data Science.
