Mandy Honeyman

Mandy Honeyman serves as the NCCE/STEM Computing Curriculum Hub Lead for Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire since March 2021 and coordinates regional curriculum initiatives. As an Associate Lecturer at The Open University since September 2020, Mandy teaches web technologies and engages with motivated students and dedicated teachers. Additionally, Mandy tutors early career computing teachers at Meridian Trust, acts as a CEOP Education Ambassador for the National Crime Agency to combat online child sexual abuse, and has been involved in educational technology blogging since July 2005. Mandy also examines A-level and iGCSE Computer Science for Cambridge Assessment International Education and delivers professional development presentations. Previous experience includes consulting and building a personal residence, along with several years as an associate lecturer in various modules at The Open University. Education includes a Master’s in Online & Distance Education and a Bachelor of Science in Web Development from The Open University, complemented by a Graduate Teacher Programme at Cambridge University and an Associate’s Degree in Design from Bournemouth and Poole College.
