Imre Barna

Imre Barna is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer with a strong background in data engineering and software development. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Principal Engineer II at Cambridge Mobile Telematics since March 2021, Imre leads the Data Engineering team, focusing on quality and security in data processing systems. Prior roles include delivering successful solutions for usage-based insurance at TrueMotion as a Senior Software Engineer and transforming a chemical compound registration product at ChemAxon as a Software Developer. Imre's early career includes positions as a Research Assistant at Eötvös Loránd University and software development roles at Ericsson and Infomatix Ltd. Imre holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Eötvös Loránd University and is a Certified Scrum Master.
