John-Paul Tademe has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. John-Paul worked as a Translator at Google in 2011, translating search results into the Ewe language. John-Paul then co-founded ConversionPro in 2012, where they served as a Co-Founder and Product Designer until 2014. In 2014, they co-founded Sleekwork and served as the Co-Founder and Product Officer until 2015. John-Paul later joined Calabash Labs in 2017 as a Product Designer and Frontend Developer, responsible for managing product design and coordinating with engineers. In 2019, they worked at Wellfleet as a Senior Product Designer until 2021. John-Paul then joined Uncut Lab, LLC as a Design Consultant from 2020 to 2021. John-Paul also worked at TrueMotion, which was acquired by Cambridge Mobile Telematics, where they served as a Senior Product Designer in 2021. Currently, they are working at Cambridge Mobile Telematics as a Senior Product Designer and later transitioned to the role of Principal Product Designer in 2023.

John-Paul Tademe's education history includes a BSc in I.T from the University of Cape Coast, which they completed between 2006 and 2010. Before that, they attended Bishop Herman College from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained their SSSCE degree in Art/Art Studies. In 2010 to 2012, John-Paul attended the Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology, where they pursued a degree in Software Entrepreneurship. John-Paul also obtained additional certifications in Human-Computer Interaction for User Experience Design from MIT CSAIL and Software and Entrepreneurship from MEST.
