Catherine Wilcox

Catherine Wilcox is a freelance editor at Cambridge Proofreading LLC since November 2022 and an independent researcher at the Centre national de la recherche scientifique, focusing on climate change litigation within the PROCLIMEX project until March 2024. Previous experience includes lecturing in environmental science at Université Grenoble Alpes and serving as a PhD student specializing in hydrology and water resources science. Early career roles involved consulting for UNESCO on flood forecasting in Namibia, conducting hydrology research at Masdar Institute, and assisting with environmental assessments at multiple organizations. Catherine holds a PhD from Université Grenoble Alpes, a Master’s from Masdar Institute, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Seattle University.
