Senior Java Engineer/Architect at Cambridge Semantics

Garry Boyce has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of software engineering and architecture. Garry started their career at Opus Telecom Inc, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in creating the EnforcerTM Telephone System for the Corrections/Prison Market. Garry then moved on to Wellington Management Company, LLP, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on developing a central data repository and business application for storing and maintaining company securities information.

Following their time at Wellington Management Company, Boyce joined EDS, an HP Company, where they took on the role of Lead Software Architect/Engineer. Garry worked on various projects, including designing and implementing an AJAX based application for health care reform and creating a disease management application for clinicians using industry-standard Java EE technologies.

Boyce later worked at Cramer as a Senior Java Engineer/Architect before joining Cambridge Semantics Inc. as a Senior Java Engineer/Architect. At both companies, they contributed to the development and architecture of software technology related to smart data lakes, smart data management, big data analytics, and enterprise-scale knowledge graphs.

Garry Boyce pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University from 1988 to 1992.
