Pilar Pueyo

Pilar Pueyo, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being SVP, Human Resources Director at Cambridge Trust Company since July 2016. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Boston Private Bank & Trust from September 1999 to December 2015. Pilar also served as the Director of Human Resources at United Homes for Children from June 1995 to September 1999. Before that, Pilar was the Director of Community Relations at Concilio Hispano de Cambridge from 1994 to 1996.

Pilar Pueyo, SPHR, has a diverse educational background. Pilar holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business. Prior to pursuing their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.

In addition to their academic achievements, Pilar has also obtained various certifications in the field of human resources. Pilar is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP), which they obtained from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in December 2015. Pilar is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a certification they earned from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2000. These certifications highlight their expertise and commitment to the field of human resources.
