Emma White

Emma White is a seasoned transport professional with extensive experience in programme management and transport planning. Currently serving as Transport Programme Manager at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority since March 2021, Emma oversees project organization, funding applications, and report preparation for board presentations. Prior roles include Principal Transport Planner at Milestone Infrastructure and Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure, where Emma led transport modelling initiatives and managed teams while facilitating collaboration with stakeholders. Previous experience as a Senior Consultant at Atkins focused on junction modelling and analysis, complemented by a strong foundation as a graduate Transport Planner at URS.
