Jenny Betteridge

Jenny Betteridge serves as a Trustee for The Squad Club, a charity dedicated to supporting individuals with learning disabilities, since December 2021. Additionally, Jenny has been the Strategic Lead for Volunteering at Sport England since February 2017, co-leading the People & Leadership team to enhance community involvement in sports volunteering. Jenny's extensive experience includes 13 years with The Labour Party, culminating in a role as Head of Training, Development and Community Organising, where a national volunteer mobilisation strategy was executed, resulting in over 5 million conversations leading up to the 2015 General Election. Jenny also held various managerial roles within the party and has a degree in Modern History and Politics from Cardiff University.
