Robert Upshaw

Robert Upshaw has been serving as a Human Services Specialist II at Camden County since April 2017. Prior to this role, Robert gained valuable experience as a Motor Transport Operator in the U.S. Army Reserve from March 2010 to June 2018. Robert's educational background includes attendance at Westminster Choir College of Rider University, where studies focused on Vocal Performance from 2001 to 2006.
