Nicolas Eckhardt is a seasoned consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in business strategy and digital transformation. Currently serving as Managing Consultant and Head of Business Strategy & Performance Improvement at CAMELOT Management Consultants since October 2021, Nicolas specializes in value chain strategy, performance improvement, and digital strategies. Prior roles include Venture Developer at Beam, where Nicolas focused on scalable ventures in service technician solutions, and Lead Digital Strategy & Growth at Campana & Schott, overseeing digital strategy and innovative technology integration. As Founder and Managing Director of Tandery, Nicolas led the launch of a successful consumer electronics business in Germany. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Technology Management from Provadis School of International Management and Technology, alongside studies at London Metropolitan University, CBS International Business School, and Langports English Language College.
