James Benson

James (Jim) Benson, P.E., has extensive experience in product and engineering management, primarily in the filtration and dust collection industries. Since January 2011, James has served as a Senior Product Engineer at Camfil Farr Power Systems AB. Prior to this role, James spent three decades at Donaldson, advancing through various positions including Principal Engineer, Manager of Product Development and Technology, and Director of Engineering for Gas Turbine Systems. James's responsibilities included the development of filtration products for industrial and military applications, ensuring field quality, and leading engineering teams. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, earned between 1974 and 1979.
