Socheat Keoung

Socheat Keoung is an experienced professional with a robust background in market research and insights, currently serving as the Head of Prepaid Portfolio & Insights at Cellcard (CamGSM Co. Ltd.) since June 2015, after previously holding the role of Segments and Market Insights Manager. Responsibilities include designing and implementing market research studies, overseeing the full research process, managing product offerings, and collaborating with various internal teams to leverage consumer insights. Prior experience as an Account Manager/Technical Advisor at Indochina Research (Cambodia) Ltd. involved managing research projects and business development, alongside a role as a Data Analyst. Socheat's education includes a Master's degree in Global Information and Telecommunication Studies from Waseda University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia, complemented by a Bachelor's in Education (TEFL) from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
