Luciano Maggi Quartiero

Mr. Quartiero holds a degree in business administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, an MBA in finance from IBMEC Business School and completed an extension course in finance at the University of California. Mr. Quartiero started his professional career in 1992 and has served as the Chief Financial Officer. He currently is the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Quartiero serves as Executive Officer of Camil Investimentos S.A. (controlling shareholder of Camil Alimentos S.A.), Ciclo Logística Ltda., Empresas Tucapel S.A., Saman, Camil Uruguay Sociedad de Inversión S.A. and Camilatam S.A., companies that belong to the economic group.
