Jason Pounds has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason started their career as a Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator at Net 10 Technologies, where they established and co-managed a vocational rehabilitation computer training department. Jason then worked as a General Manager at Applied Computer Training & Technology before joining Citigroup U.S.A. N.A. as a Customer Relations Manager.

In 2005, Jason joined Capital Group | American Funds as a Client Services Team Manager, where they managed a team of direct and indirect reports in a mutual fund and banking call center environment. Jason also played a key role in implementing Lean methodology and continuous improvement processes.
