Fiona Medico

Fiona Medico is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR projects. Currently serving as Chargée de Recrutement Groupe at CAMO Groupe since September 2018, Fiona manages permanent recruitment for various positions across France, overseeing job postings, applications, and candidate pre-selection. Prior experience includes a role as Chargée de mission RH in an apprenticeship at Arkema, where Fiona contributed to the implementation of a new HRIS and enhanced internal communication while also handling recruitment and disability policy initiatives. Fiona began their career with internships at CEDEO - SGDB France and BERWALD, gaining foundational skills in customer service, financial management, and event organization. Fiona holds a Licence DEG in Human Resource Management from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a BTS in Business Management from Lycée Blaise Pascal.
