Dr. Lena has held positions such as Head of Product Innovation at Camp Australia, Design Director at Accenture Song, and Strategic Design & Design Research Lead at Atlassian. Lena has also worked as a Principal and Senior Designer at Meld Studios, where they led projects with prominent organizations. Additionally, they founded Cultura Franca, a CX consultancy focused on inclusive, human-centered approaches. Lena's expertise extends to roles at Yunus Centre Griffith University, Queensland Government, and other organizations, where they have contributed to design, research, and advisory initiatives.
