Executive Chef at Camp Robin Hood

Yensi has been an integral member of the Camp Robin Hood family for many years now. He worked in our kitchen under the tutelage of former executive chef Nicky Boehm. He enjoyed his time working in the kitchen and his passion for cooking was born! He subsequently went to culinary school and is now Camp Robin Hood’s executive chef and kitchen manager. Yensi lives in Texas with his wife and son in the “off season”. If you want to learn how to make the best quesadilla on earth Yensi has a YouTube video that he created during the pandemic for our campers and our staff! Try it, you will love it!
