Adam Ireland has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Adam started their career at Fidelity Investments as an Operations Analyst from 2006 to 2009. In 2011, they joined LogMeIn and held various positions, including Customer Care Representative, Customer Care Team Lead, Customer Care Manager, Inbound Sales Manager, and Inside Sales Manager. At LogMeIn, they were responsible for leading sales teams, meeting sales quotas, hiring and training sales talent, conducting pipeline meetings, collaborating with other departments, fostering connections with marketing, and providing coaching and career development. In 2018, they joined CAMP Systems International, Inc. as a Director of Sales and later became the Senior Director of Sales & Support.
