Farzad Haghighi has a diverse range of work experience in customer support and services roles. Farzad is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Customer Support at CAMP Systems International, Inc. Prior to this, they held roles as the SVP of Global Customer Success and Support at Pavilion and as the VP of Global Customer Support at Vexata. Farzad also worked at Echelon Corporation as the Senior Director of Customer Advocacy, at HGST (a Western Digital company) as the Global Director of Enterprise Support and Services, at Dell EMC as the Director of WW Escalation Engineering and Director of Technical Support Engineering, at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Manager of Technical Support and Professional Services, and at BEA Systems as a Technical Support/Program Manager. Through these positions, Farzad has developed extensive expertise in building and managing customer-facing functions, improving customer satisfaction and success, and driving operational results.
Farzad Haghighi earned a Certificate in Sustaining High Performance from Northeastern State University College of Business & Technology in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from San Jose State University between 1992 and 1997.
