Abyot A. Wondimu

Abyot A. Wondimu, CPA, MSc, is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids since May 2024. Prior to this role, Abyot was the Financial Reporting Manager at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation from April 2019 to April 2024. Abyot's extensive experience includes over a decade at Councilor, Buchanan & Mitchell, PC, where roles ranged from Auditor to Audit/Assurance Manager from January 2009 to March 2019. Abyot holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, and a Master's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Maryland University College, USA.
