Inka Gelbrich began their work experience at Arvato in 2009, starting as a Diplomandin in December of that year. Inka then progressed to become an Account Manager from April 2010 to June 2011, and subsequently became a Junior Key Account Manager from June 2011 to January 2015. In January 2015, Gelbrich became a Key Account Manager at Arvato for a short period of time until April 2015. In 2015, they joined Campaign - part of Bertelsmann Marketing Services as a Team Manager for Key Account Management, a role they held until March 2017. From April 2017 to August 2019, Gelbrich served as the Director of Key Account Management at Campaign, and from August 2019 to April 2022, they held the position of Director of Sales & Key Account Management. Currently, Gelbrich is serving as the Vice President of Sales & Key Account Management at Campaign, a position they started in April 2022.
Inka Gelbrich completed the Bertelsmann "Preparing For Opportunities" program at INSEAD in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Diplom Kauffrau (Diploma in Business Administration) from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg between 2004 and 2010, specializing in BWL (Marketing, Unternehmensführung und Controlling) - which translates to business economics (marketing, corporate management, and controlling). In 2003, they also obtained a Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English from the International Language School Santa Barbara in California, USA.
