Ingo Meironke has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Ingo started their career as an intern at SCHÜTZ GmbH & Co. KGaA, where they worked on enhancing a workflow management solution. Ingo then moved on to IBM, where they completed their master's thesis. Later, they worked as a Freelancing Consultant at PAVONE Ag, specializing in project and workflow management solutions. In 2002, they joined Campana & Schott as a Senior Consultant, responsible for various project management implementations. Ingo also served as the Team Lead for the Service Desk, where they created ITIL-based service processes and managed a team. In the following years, they held positions such as Team Lead for Product Management, Innovation Manager, and Senior Manager in Business Development at Campana & Schott. Currently, they hold the role of Practice Lead for Business Applications, where they are responsible for driving business development and leading agile cloud development projects.

Ingo Meironke pursued their education at various institutions. From 1989 to 1997, they attended Städtisches Gymnasium Steinheim/Westf. and obtained a high school degree (Allgemeine Hochschulreife). Following this, they enrolled at Paderborn University from 1997 to 2002 and completed a Master's Degree in Information Systems. In 2002, they participated in a Case Competition at Concordia University.

Ingo Meironke also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2002, they acquired a Master of Information Systems (Diplom Wirtschaftsinformatiker) from Universität Paderborn - Paderborn University. In 2005, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2010 and 2011 respectively, they became a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner through the Scrum Alliance. Later, in 2017 and 2018, they completed the certifications in Machine Learning from Stanford University and Innovation & Entrepreneurship - From Basics to Open Innovation from EIT Digital. Finally, in 2017, they acquired the Design Thinking for Innovation certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
