Stéphanie Sommerard

Stéphanie Sommerard has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stéphanie currently serves as the HR Director France at Campari Group since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at PepsiCo as the HR Director Marketing & Sales from December 2017 to September 2020. Stéphanie also worked at Unilever, where they held various roles such as Senior HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Manager for SC, R&D, Procurement, and Support functions, HR Business Partner for Marketing & Customer Development, HR & Change Manager for PMO in Unilever Europe, HR Service Delivery Manager for France and Spain, and HR Change Manager. Stéphanie also worked as a Change Management Consultant at DATACEP and as a Communication & Campus Manager at Synapsys Conseils.

Stéphanie Sommerard attended Lycée Notre-Dame de Meudon from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree. Following that, they pursued their higher education at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 1992 to 1998, earning a degree in Marketing/Logistique called MSG.
