Justin Otto

Justin Otto has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Currently, they serve as the Economic and Community Development Director at Campbell County Fiscal Court. Prior to this role, they were the General Manager at Newport on the Levee, where they also held the position of Assistant General Manager. Justin has also worked as the Marketing and Communications Director at Kentucky Center for Statistics (KYSTATS) and as the General Manager at Durango Mall and Oak Court Mall - Simon Property Group. Furthermore, they have gained experience as a Global Consultancy in Stryker and as an Intern at ODW Logistics, Inc. Justin's earliest work experience includes being the Operations & Events Manager at Newport on the Levee. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as expense management, financial analysis, operational management, marketing, community relations, contract negotiations, and tenant coordination. Justin has also received recognitions and successfully completed value enhancement projects. Justin holds an MBA and an MPA.

Justin Otto has an extensive education background. Justin obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Miami University Farmer School of Business in 2012, focusing on Business. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Public Administration degree from Northern Kentucky University in 2009, specializing in Public Administration. Justin also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, which they acquired between 2000 and 2005. Furthermore, they attended Culver Academies from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued Leadership in College Prep. In addition to their academic achievements, Justin Otto has obtained various certifications, including the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) from ICSC in 2018. Justin has also completed several training programs in emergency management and leadership, such as those offered by FEMA.
