Kathryn McBride

Kathryn McBride is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in operational transformation and human resource management. Currently serving as a Sr. Director of Operations Transformation and previously as Director of Supply Chain Talent and Employee Solutions at Campbell's since July 2023, Kathryn has also held leadership roles in various organizations, including Vice President of Human Resources at Hearthside Food Solutions and ProAmpac. Additional relevant experience includes senior positions at Bemis Company, Inc., WS Packaging Group, and ConAgra Foods. Kathryn is a Founding Member of The People Collective, an exclusive community for executive-level People Leaders, and holds a B.S. in Human Resources from The Ohio State University.
