Kristin Ennis

Kristin Ennis is an experienced communication professional with a robust background in internal communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Internal Communications at Campbell Soup Company since July 2019, Kristin previously held various roles within the same organization, including Director of Culture, Change, and Employee Communications and Senior Manager of Employee Communications. With expertise in executive communications, digital strategy, and team management, Kristin has contributed significantly to enhancing corporate communication for Campbell’s 18,000 global employees. Prior to Campbell, Kristin worked at American Water as a Corporate Communications Specialist and Coordinator, focusing on internal communication strategies, and began a career in public relations at Shriners Hospitals for Children. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Penn State University.
