Patrick Harris

Patrick Harris is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications at Campbell's since November 2017. In this role, Patrick leads the strategy and execution of internal communications to enhance employee awareness and engagement, particularly in support of enterprise initiatives and change management activities. Prior positions at Campbell include Associate Director and Senior Manager roles focused on change and employee communications across various corporate functions. Before joining Campbell, Patrick worked as a Senior Communications Specialist at Deloitte, specializing in Change Management for the Audit & Assurance Practice, and as a Management Analyst at the U.S. Department of Energy, where communication responsibilities included managing correspondence and Congressional reports. Patrick's early career included marketing internships at notable companies such as Warner Bros. and Universal Music Group. Educationally, Patrick holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Communications from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Media Studies and Art History from the University of Rochester.
