Pradeep has strong expertise in developing technical project solutions whilst determining repair specifications for maintenance & surveys and utilizing the most economical methods. During their time at V -ships, Pradeep was responsible for the Tanker Management and Self-Assessment (TMSA) compliance Audit, as well as the Sire and vetting inspection and CDI inspection. Pradeep also provided leadership and mentoring support to the shore maintenance team including superintendents& supervisors.

Pradeep is a customer-centric professional with hands-on experience in safe ship navigation, inventory management, and vessel compliance to local and international laws, as well as company and flag state policies. Pradeep is also experienced in establishing safe work and eco-friendly work practices in accordance with company safety regulations& procedures whilst preventing work hazards.

Pradeep Sahu is a marine engineer officer with an Unrestricted Chief Engineer License from South Shields Marine School. Pradeep also holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Odisha University of Technology and Research.
