Katie Macfee has over 10 years of work experience in analytics, marketing, and email acquisition. In 2021, they began working as an Analytics Consultant for Campfire Analytics. From 2011 to 2021, they worked at DEG Digital as a Senior Marketing Analyst, Digital Marketing Analyst, and Account Coordinator, eCRM/Digital Direct. During this time, they provided key insights, trends, and actionable campaign optimization recommendations to internal strategy team and direct clients. Katie also developed charts, tables, and new data views using Tableau visualization software. From 2008 to 2011, Macfee worked at Ogden Publications as an Email Aggregation Manager and Marketing Coordinator. As an Email Aggregation Manager, they researched and implemented new email acquisition programs and optimized the organic registration process. As a Marketing Coordinator, they coordinated house ads and email campaigns for nine consumer magazines and wrote promotional copy for web and print marketing.

Katie Macfee attended The University of Kansas School of Business from 2005 to 2008, earning an MBA in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended The University of Kansas from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Spanish. Katie has also obtained several certifications, including Skills for Inclusive Conversations from LinkedIn in November 2020, Tableau Analyst, Tableau Author, Tableau Designer, and Tableau Certified Associate Consultant from Tableau Software in October 2020, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in July 2021.
