Shelly Dudley

Shelly Dudley is an experienced professional in the fields of adult learning, consulting, and corporate training. Currently serving as an Instructor of Adult Learning at the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota and as a Faculty Facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership since June 2022, Shelly also holds positions as a Consultant, Global Trainer, and Facilitator for Emerge Consulting Services LLC and a Corporate Trainer for SkillPath. Additionally, Shelly works with SBrand Solutions as a Facilitator and Consultant. Previously, at Hilton Hotels, roles included Director of Strategic Training and Content Management, where Shelly led content creation for multiple brands and developed successful educational programs, and Director of Brand Performance Support, focusing on improving service and revenue across a portfolio of hotels. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director of Operations at Alliance Hospitality, overseeing operations for multiple hotel properties. Shelly Dudley holds a degree from The University of Georgia.
