Ruth Wells has extensive experience in education and management within the land-based sector and higher education. Currently serving as Creamery Manager at Camphill Village Trust since May 2022, Ruth previously held significant roles at Advance HE, where responsibilities included managing Accreditation and Fellowship processes as Member Networks Manager and Academic Quality Officer. Ruth's earlier experience at Bishop Burton College involved overseeing the land-based department as Curriculum and Learning Manager, alongside managing the agriculture and countryside Higher Education provision. Additional roles at Askham Bryan College encompassed lecturing and course management in Countryside Management. Ruth holds multiple qualifications, including a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from The University of Huddersfield, a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Hull, and a BSc (Hons) in Sustainable Land Use from the University of Leeds, supplemented by a Fellow designation from the Higher Education Academy.
