Wilderness Trip Head at Camping & Education Foundation

James Tauber is currently a Conservation Intern at Minnesota Land Trust, where coordination with the Camping and Education Foundation focuses on the preservation of over 400 acres of wilderness on the Canada-Minnesota border. As Wilderness Trip Head at Camping & Education Foundation since June 2021, planning and leading two-week canoe trips in the Canadian wilderness involves organizing logistics and ensuring safety. Additional roles include Wilderness Instructor and Associate Editor for Bowdoin Harpoon, as well as Staff Writer. Previous experience with the New York State Democratic Party as a Phone Banking Officer took place during the summer of 2020. James Tauber is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Economics at Bowdoin College and is participating in a semester abroad at the Stockholm School of Economics. Academic background includes a high school diploma from Collegiate School.
