Alejandro's expertise includes HR strategy, operations, change management, and organizational development across multiple regions in Central and Latin America. Alejandro holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change, an MBA in Finance and Human Resources, and has also pursued further education in Applied Positive Psychology.
