Lilla Réka Smid has a diverse work experience. Lilla Réka started in 2015 as an Operations Manager at Camps Equinunk and Blue Ridge. In 2016, they worked as a Research Intern at the Ministry of Defence in Hungary. In 2017, they became the Child Rights Education Program Coordinator at the UNICEF Magyar Bizottság in Hungary. Lilla Réka Smid has a diverse education history. From 2013 to 2017, they attended Eötvös Loránd University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs. In 2017, they enrolled simultaneously in two universities. At Budapest Metropolitan University, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Protocol Advisor and Event Organizer, completing the program in 2021. Additionally, they studied at Corvinus University of Budapest, specializing in International Relations and Affairs, and completed their Master's degree in 2021 as well. In 2019, Lilla Réka Smid participated in a Free Mobility Program at Universidad de Granada, focusing on the Culture of peace, conflicts, education, and human rights. During the same year, they also took part in the ERASMUS student exchange program at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
