Megan Winfield

Megan Winfield has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Megan began their career in 1998 as a Software Developer at Perot Systems, where they developed software applications for National Car Rental and managed projects through design, development, test, and support phases. In 2011, they were hand-selected by Hilton to lead the migration of its website and reservation onto Dell's support and data system as a Business Systems Sr Consultant. Megan then moved to Dell, where they built an Agile team of 13 to develop an innovative car share application for a leading car rental company and managed capacity planning and scope of projects. In 2015, they joined the in-house Hilton team as a Sr Director, Software Engineering and Digital, where they were responsible for building strategic vision and modernizing the tech stack for Hilton digital, corporate distribution systems, property management systems, revenue management, forecast management, sales applications, and loyalty program. Megan also fostered a positive, growth-oriented culture with a large team of 150 FTEs and 50 contractors. In 2022, they joined Campspot as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Technology.

Megan Winfield received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Centre College in 1998. Megan then went on to obtain their Masters in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky in 2001.
