Soumitra Das

Soumitra Das has a diverse work history, with experiences in various industries. Soumitra is currently the Head of HR Operations & Software Engineering at Camptra Technologies. In 2018, they co-founded Soujhe Innovative Healthcare Devices Pvt. Ltd. and currently serves as the CEO, focusing on developing IoT enabled gamified rehab devices for motor neuron related issues. Soumitra also worked as a Business Development Partner at Zensark from 2018 to 2020, where they contributed to developing a multilingual platform for healthcare stakeholders. Prior to that, they held senior positions at CA Technologies from 2004 to 2018, serving as the Senior Director and Director of Software Engineering. Soumitra began their career at CATCG in 1998 as a Lead Engineer.

Soumitra Das completed their secondary education at St. Lawrence High School from 1981 to 1993. Soumitra acquired a degree in +2 (10 + 2) during this period. Following their secondary education, Soumitra Das enrolled at Karnatak University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in the field of Electronics & Communication from 1993 to 1997.
