Matt Hayhurst

Matt Hayhurst is a dedicated research professional specializing in cancer epidemiology, currently serving as a Research Assistant at Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center since July 2024, focusing on colorectal cancers, early onset gastrointestinal cancers, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, thyroid cancers, and racial disparities in cancer outcomes. Prior experience includes a role as a Medical Assistant at Highlands Oncology Group and various positions at the University of Arkansas, including Senior Resident Assistant and Director of Mental Health for University of Arkansas ASG.
