Travis T. Apgar

Travis T. Apgar currently serves as the Vice President for Student Affairs at Case Western Reserve University, a role held since July 2024. With extensive experience in student affairs, Travis has previously held significant positions at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, including Associate Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students from January 2017 to July 2024, and Assistant Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students. Prior to that, Travis served as the Robert G. Engel Senior Associate Dean of Students at Cornell University from July 2006 to January 2017 and as Associate Dean of Students/Sr. Judicial Administrator at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from June 2000 to June 2006. In addition to these roles, Travis has been a speaker with CAMPUSPEAK since February 2006. Educational qualifications include a BA, MS in Psychology, and two MS degrees in Educational Psychology and Educational Administration from the University at Albany, completed between 1994 and 2003, along with a high school diploma from Notre Dame High School in Elmira, NY.
