Craig Mileham

Craig Mileham has over seven years of work experience in the technology support and project assistant roles. Craig began their career in 2014 as a Student Helpdesk Technician at Drew University, where they provided technical assistance and customer support to faculty, staff, and students. Craig also served as a Student Software Developer, contributing to software development projects. In 2017, they continued their technology support career at Drew University as a Technology Support Specialist, providing technical assistance. Most recently, they joined CampusWorks, Inc. in 2022 as a Technology Support Specialist.

Craig Mileham attended Drew University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science. In addition, they earned the CompTIA A+ ce certification from CompTIA in October 2017 and the LFS201: Essentials of Linux System Administration certification from The Linux Foundation in September 2020.
